The information collected by the Extension is used solely for the following purposes:

• Google Gemini API: Your search queries and the text content extracted from websites for summarization are sent to the Google Gemini API for processing. This is necessary for the AI functionality of the Extension. Google's privacy policy applies to the data processed by the Gemini API.
• No Other Third-Party Sharing: We do not share any other collected information with third parties.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Data Storage

• Local Storage: All your personal preferences and settings (e.g., filter preferences, blocked domains) are stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API. This data is not transmitted to our servers or any external databases.
• Temporary Processing: Website content fetched for summarization is processed temporarily in the Extension's background service worker and is not stored persistently by the Extension.
